First  Leeds "Turn Up and GO "! on The Overground



The Overground is a new network of bus services in Leeds covering 15 colour coded routes across the city. "Turn Up and GO "! means you don't need a timetable because a service is provided every 10 minutes. Many services are operated by the latest vehicles.

The "Turn Up and GO "! Network was launched on the 19th November 2000, and was relaunched as The Overground on April 29th 2001

FREQUENCY - At least every 10 minutes during the day.

RELIABILITY - You can depend on "Turn Up and GO "! The Overground services to be there when you want them.

SIMPLICITY - An easy to understand network serving major destinations and catering for the bulk of customers travel needs. There is a special colour coded The Overground network map

INTERCHANGE - A network approach to bus services bringing better transport links with other services. A network map showing the easy connection with the rest of First Leeds and First Quickstep bus services  is available.

Each "Turn Up and GO "! The Overground service is colour coded and therefore easy to recognise with a matching Metro Timetable

Services 1, 16/16A, 18/18A and 56 are operated by Easy Access Low Floor Vehicles
Services 40, 49, 50, 50A are often operated by Easy Access Low Floor Vehicles
All other services are operated by one step access vehicles
